1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FastFlex mobile application ("App," "FastFlex," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
FastFlex is an intermittent fasting tracker application that provides:
- Fasting timer and progress tracking
- Dynamic milestone visualization
- Journal for documenting fasting experiences
- Weight tracking and goal management
- Fasting history with calendar and list views
- Local notifications for goal achievements
- Automatic iCloud backup
3. Medical Disclaimer
IMPORTANT MEDICAL DISCLAIMER:
FastFlex is a tracking tool only and is NOT medical advice. Fasting may not be appropriate for everyone. Before beginning any fasting regimen:
- Consult with a qualified healthcare professional
- Discuss your individual health conditions and medications
- Get approval before making any dietary changes
Do not use FastFlex if you:
- Are pregnant or breastfeeding
- Have a history of eating disorders
- Have diabetes or other metabolic conditions
- Are under 18 years of age
- Have any medical condition without doctor approval
FastFlex and its creators are not responsible for any health consequences resulting from your use of the App. You assume all risks associated with fasting.
4. User Responsibilities
By using FastFlex, you agree to:
- Use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Provide accurate information when using tracking features
- Consult healthcare professionals before starting any fasting program
- Not use the App as a substitute for professional medical advice
- Be solely responsible for your health and dietary decisions
- Stop using the App if you experience adverse health effects
5. Subscription Terms
5.1 FastFlex Premium
FastFlex offers a subscription service ("FastFlex Premium") that provides full access to all features. Subscription options include:
- Monthly Subscription: $0.99 per month
- Annual Subscription: $9.99 per year
5.2 Automatic Renewal
Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the subscription price in effect at that time.
5.3 Managing Subscriptions
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. To cancel or manage your subscription:
- Open Settings on your iOS device
- Tap your name at the top
- Tap "Subscriptions"
- Select FastFlex
- Choose "Cancel Subscription" or modify your plan
5.4 Refund Policy
All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's refund policies. We do not process refunds directly. To request a refund:
- Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
- Sign in with your Apple ID
- Find your FastFlex purchase
- Request a refund according to Apple's process
5.5 Price Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription prices at any time. Price changes will apply to new subscribers and renewals after the change. Existing subscribers will be notified of price changes in advance.
6. Intellectual Property
The App, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by FastFlex and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the App
- Reverse engineer or decompile the App
- Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
- Use the App's content for commercial purposes without permission
7. User-Generated Content
Any data you enter into FastFlex (journal entries, weight logs, etc.) remains your property. You grant us a limited license to store this data on your device and in your iCloud backup solely for the purpose of providing the App's functionality.
We do not access, view, or share your user-generated content. It is stored locally on your device and in your personal iCloud account.
8. Privacy and Data
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our data practices.

- We do not collect your personal data
- All data is stored locally on your device
- Data is backed up to your personal iCloud account
- We cannot access your health or fasting data
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
- Warranties that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of information
- Warranties that the App will meet your health or fitness goals
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FASTFLEX AND ITS CREATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
- Any health consequences resulting from fasting or use of the App
- Any damages arising from your use or inability to use the App
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FastFlex and its creators from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from:
- Your use of the App
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of another party
- Any health consequences from fasting or using the App
12. Modifications to the App
We reserve the right to:
- Modify or discontinue the App at any time
- Change features or functionality
- Add or remove features from the App
- Limit or restrict access to certain features
We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
13. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. We reserve the right to:
- Terminate or suspend your access to the App
- Refuse service to anyone for any reason
- Remove the App from the App Store
Upon termination, you must delete the App from all devices. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
14. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of changes by:

- Updating the "Last Updated" date
- Notifying you through the App (for material changes)
Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in the United States.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and FastFlex regarding the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
