Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using SteadyPlate (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

Description of Service

SteadyPlate is a personal health and nutrition tracking application that allows you to:

Log and track meals with AI-powered nutrition analysis
Monitor daily calorie and macronutrient intake
Track intermittent fasting periods
Log exercise activities
Record weight and calculate BMI
Set and monitor health goals

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: SteadyPlate is designed for general wellness and informational purposes only. The App is NOT intended to:

Provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
Replace professional medical consultation
Treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition

The nutritional information, calorie calculations, BMI readings, and other health data provided by the App are estimates and should not be considered medically accurate. Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider before:

Starting any diet or nutrition program
Beginning an exercise regimen
Making decisions about your health based on App data
If you have any concerns about your health

AI Nutrition Analysis

The App uses artificial intelligence to analyze meals and estimate nutritional content. While we strive for accuracy:

AI estimates may not be 100% accurate
Nutritional values are approximations
Results may vary based on portion sizes, ingredients, and preparation methods
Do not rely solely on AI estimates for medical dietary requirements

User Responsibilities

By using the App, you agree to:

Limitation of Liability
